Junior Golfers at Golf Te Puke
Teenagers play golf for many different reasons. Golf is like any other sport; something has sparked their imagination and interest in the sport. Some wish to be competitive and some only to play recreationally with their friends. Golf Te Puke’s junior programme is structured to develop that interest and enhance golfing ability to give juniors the best opportunity to succeed. The Te Puke golf course offers the ideal learning environment for golf coaching in the Bay of Plenty.
Most Tuesday evenings at 4.00pm the Te Puke golf club hosts professional coaching with our resident Professional, Scott Pickett. Golf Te Puke is fully supportive of the junior coaching programme. Coaching includes, short game, chipping, putting, long and short irons and is delivered in such a manner that juniors have fun and leave wanting more!
